This is the official publication of Catalyst at Menlo School—and quite possibly the only magazine created entirely by students who can write a policy brief, use biomimicry to solve engineering problems, and still forget snacks on advocacy days. Catalyst is an immersive academic experience for motivated juniors focused on developing real-world leadership skills. Some days are spent tackling global challenges; others are dedicated to learning how to lead with intention. In short, the program prepares students not only for school, but also for life.

For us, this magazine is more than a recap – it’s a window into how Catalyst students see the world, question it, and imagine ways to make it better.
