LinkedIn Top Colleges 2025: The 50 best colleges for long-term career success in the U.S.
LinkedIn’s first-ever Top Colleges ranking identifies the 50 U.S. schools that best set graduates up for long-term success. The ranking is built on exclusive LinkedIn data looking at career outcomes of alumni, such as job placement rates and advancement into senior-level positions, or how many alumni held an internship during their degree or started their own company post-grad. ASU Says Visa Appointment Slowdown Is Hindering International Enrollment
This article spotlights Arizona State University and identifies the factors impacting the decline in their international student freshman population. As of early August nearly a third of their cohort of international students were still waiting on visa approval. ASU has the largest share of international students in Arizona contributing over $545 million in revenue. This case study sheds light on a growing issue across colleges and universities nationwide.

Fall 2025’s Unexpected Enrollment Successes
In the midst of colleges struggling to fill seats due to an unprecedented summer melt, high level of movement from waitlists, and enrollment declines leading to programs shutting down and layoffs, some colleges are soaring over their enrollment projections and bringing in their biggest class to date. As colleges try to weather the multifront storm impacting higher education, there is no one cause to each of their enrollment gains. Each college is reporting myriad factors and evidence points to growing interest (and investment) in health-related majors as an indicator of the surge.
