Summer 2026

Director’s Note
Beyond the drama and fanfare, the World Cup is a reminder that success rarely happens overnight. In many ways, it feels familiar to the work our students do every day. This year, the Class of 2026 took the “love of the game” to heart.

...the heart of our work remains unchanged: helping our students move toward lives that feel expansive, authentic, and theirs.”

Our seniors earned admission to a sweeping range of colleges and universities across the country. Some students took ambitious shots from midfield; others played a patient and disciplined long game. Many discovered that their eventual destination was not the school they first imagined, but one that ultimately fit them better. Ultimately, they pursued paths as varied and unique as they are.
One of the most encouraging takeaways from this year’s cycle was the continued success of balanced college lists. You’ll see later in the newsletter that applications we categorized as “likely” resulted in admission 95% of the time, reinforcing something we remind students: that there is tremendous joy and opportunity to be found in colleges where you are not merely admitted, but truly wanted and positioned to thrive. Nationally, the landscape continues to shift. Demographic changes, evolving testing policies, increased focus on career outcomes, and changing family priorities are reshaping higher education in real time. And yet, through all of this, the heart of our work remains unchanged: helping our students move toward lives that feel expansive, authentic, and theirs.
I could not be prouder of the Class of 2026. Witnessing them navigate this process with grace, humor, empathy, and resilience has been a privilege for our entire team. Like every great tournament, this season brought surprises, upsets, breakout performances, and unforgettable moments, but most of all, it reminded us that there are many paths to success and many ways to flourish.
Thank you for your enduring trust and partnership.
